Delete your SafeOn account

You can delete your SafeOn account and all the data attached to it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, email address, phone number and profile photo
Your medical profile, including allergies, medications and conditions
Your trusted contacts and your emergency contacts
Your safety checks
Every SOS alert you have raised, with its full location history and timeline
Your push notification registrations
Any feedback you have sent us
Your sign-in credential

What remains

If you responded to someone else's SOS alert, the entry stays on their safety timeline, because it is part of their record of what happened. Your name and email address are removed from it.

Before you start

If you have an SOS alert running, end it first. We will not delete an account while its owner's trusted contacts may be on their way.

Delete in the app

Open SafeOn and go to Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your password before anything is removed.

Can’t access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed, email safeon.support@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you.
